Hondos Bulletin Board (HBB) is provided ‘As-Is’. We assume no responsibility for service outages, interruptions, unavailability of particular features or the inability to post materials to HBB.

Any content posted on HBB is in the exclusive responsibility of the person who posted or uploaded it. Under no circumstances will HBB be liable in any way to you for any content.

HBB does not scan content, but has the right (not the obligation) to access any board at any time. HBB has the right to remove any content on any board in its sole discretion and without notice or compensation.

HBB may preserve or disclose any content if it reasonable believes disclosure is required by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary.

HBB has the right to reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute and publish any content of any board.

HBB may not be used to violate any law. Posted content may not contain instructions on illegal activities, copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation, software viruses, pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any boards which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.
Posted content may also not contain adult material, child pornography and any materials related to pornography. Uploading this kind of material will result in immediate service termination of the offending account without prior notice.

HBB may establish limitations on posting and uploading at any time in its sole discretion. Uploaded files will be deleted 100 days after the last download.

HBB reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue its service and is not liable to you for any modification or discontinuance of its service. Any termination of your access may be immediate and without prior notice.

You agree to indemnify and hold HBB harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post to or transmit through HBB, your use of HBB, your connection to HBB, your violation of the law, this agreement or the rights of another.

Free boards and boards financed through popup ads will be closed 3 month after the last post.

When a forum is found to be monopolising the resources available, HBB reserves the right to suspend that board immediately. This policy is only implemented in extreme circumstances and is intended to prevent the misuse of our service. Customers may be offered an option whereby HBB continues hosting the forum for an additional fee.
