 Hello I just signed up with the board and I have a question before I start building the site.
Does the board allow rar and zip attachment files? And if so how would I get my board to accept a file. Or does it only allow image files like jpeg?

We have zip file upload. To upload zips create a forum of type 'attach files to topics'.
