Hi Tracey!
The only way to upload avatars currently is to ask the administrator of your forum to upload it for you to the upload section of your forum.

Hi
I can see in Admin where to upload images .. but where do I access them? .. How do I add an avatar to a profile?

Hi!
The list of your uploaded images contains a column with a link to your image. This is the link that you can use in your templates or in your profile.
