Yes, thats possible. You can add HTML-code to your userlevel templates. If you add an IMG tag there, it will be displayed.

Well, you just need to use the <img scr=""> - tag for the rank images. At the scr-attribut you enter the location of the image. You should be able to find enough information on google to be able to to that
